- Full UK driving licence — clear photo of the front and back
- DVLA check code
- Full bank statement dated within the last 3 months
- A valid email address
- Your preferred rental dates and times, start and end
- £50 booking deposit to secure the vehicle and your dates, paid directly to the company by bank transfer — non-refundable, and credited towards your security deposit if the hire goes ahead
- Security deposit £500 on a standard hire, £1,000 on a monthly hire, £300 on a van
- 50% of the security deposit is returned as soon as the vehicle comes back in the same condition
- The remaining 50% is returned within 14 days, allowing for any parking tickets, tolls, fines or other charges from the rental period to come through
- The balance of the hire is paid by cash or bank transfer
